Sir John McLeod Scarlett KCMG OBE (born 18 August 1948) was Chief of the British Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) from 2004 to 2009.[2] Prior to this appointment, he had chaired theCabinet Office Joint Intelligence Committee (JIC).

Fluent in French and Russian, Scarlett was educated at Epsom College and Magdalen College, Oxford, where in 1969 or 1970 he received a first class degree in history.[3] He was a contemporary of figures including Christopher HitchensRobert JacksonWilliam WaldegraveEdwina CurrieStephen Milligan,John RedwoodWilliam BlairBill Clinton and Gyles Brandreth. Shortly afterward, he was recruited by MI6 and served inMoscowNairobi (1973–1976), and Paris. In 1994, after a tit-for-tat row between the UK and Russian authorities, Scarlett was expelled from Moscow where he had been MI6's "station chief".[4] He retired from MI6 as Director of Security and Public Affairs in 2001, rejoining in 2004.

Joint Intelligence Committee[edit]

Scarlett took on the role of head of the JIC one week before the September 11 attacks.[5]
The normally secretive intelligence services were thrust into the public gaze in the Summer of 2003 after the death of the eminent government weapons expert, Dr. David Kelly. Kelly had been found dead in the Oxfordshire countryside near his home, after being exposed as the source of allegations that the government had "sexed-up" intelligence regarding existence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq prior to the 2003 invasion of Iraq. The "classic case" was the claim that Iraq could launch Weapons of Mass Destruction "within 45 minutes of an order to do so" - Dr. Kelly had privately dismissed this as "risible".[6]
Scarlett gave evidence at the Hutton Inquiry into the circumstances surrounding Kelly's death.[7] It became clear that Scarlett had worked closely with Alastair Campbell, then the Prime Minister's Director of Communications and Strategy, on the controversial September Dossier, with Campbell making drafting suggestions which the inquiry found may have "subconsciously influenced"  Scarlett and the JIC.
This influence may have had deleterious effects on the quality of the assessments presented in the dossier. For instance, the Intelligence and Security Committee made several criticisms in their report "Iraqi Weapons of Mass Destruction — Intelligence and Assessments":
"As the 45 minutes claim was new to its readers, the context of the intelligence and any assessment needed to be explained. The fact that it was assessed to refer to battlefield chemical and biological munitions and their movement on the battlefield, not to any other form of chemical or biological attack, should have been highlighted in the dossier. The omission of the context and assessment allowed speculation as to its exact meaning. This was unhelpful to an understanding of this issue."
Scarlett became the head of SIS on 6 May 2004, before publication of the findings of the Butler Review.[8]Although the review highlighted many failings in the intelligence behind the Iraq war and the workings of the Joint Intelligence Committee, it specifically stated that Scarlett should not resign as head of the Committee and SIS.[9]
On 8 December 2009, Scarlett gave evidence to The Iraq Inquiry. He denied he was under any pressure to "firm up" the September Dossier, and claimed there was "no conscious intention" to mislead about Iraq's weapons but it would have been "better" to have clarified battlefield munitions not missiles were meant.[10][11]
On 26 June 2011, The Guardian reported on a memo from Scarlett to Blair's foreign affairs adviser, released under the Freedom of Information Act, which referred to "the benefit of obscuring the fact that in terms of WMD Iraq is not that exceptional". The memo has been described as one of the most significant documents on the September dossier yet published as it is considered a proposal to mislead the public.[12]

Post retirement[edit]

On 28 January 2011, Scarlett was appointed to the board of Times Newspapers Ltd, part of News International, which publishes The Times and The Sunday Times.[13][14] He is also a governor of Epsom College,[15] and Chairman of the Bletchley Park Trust.[16]

Knighthood controversy[edit]

Scarlett was appointed a Knight Commander of the Order of St Michael and St George in the Queen's New Years Honours List 2007. Scarlett, while Chairman of the JIC, was the principal author of the assessments on which the September Dossier was based, a document partly by which the Prime Minister justified toParliament the invasion of Iraq and which was later found to be "flawed" by the Butler Review.[17] However, despite the claims of preferential honours, the award of a KCMG is normal practice for all heads of SIS and senior FCO and British diplomats.

The invasion of South Georgia (SpanishOperación Georgias), also known as the Battle of Grytviken, took place on 3 April 1982, when Argentine naval forcesseized control of the east coast of South Georgia after overpowering a small group of Royal Marines atGrytviken.[1]
The Argentine intervention had begun on 19 March, when a group of civilian scrap metal workers illegally arrived at Leith Harbour on board the transport ship ARABahía Buen Suceso and raised the Argentine flag. The scrap workers had been infiltrated by Argentine marines posing as civilian scientists.[2][3]

Map of South Georgia.
The only British presence at Leith on 19 March was an Antarctic Survey (BAS) team, whose leader, Trefor Edwards, handed a message from London to the commander of the Buen Suceso, captain Briatore, demanding the removal of the Argentine flag and the departure of the party. At the same time, the Argentine crew had to report to the top BAS commander in Grytviken, Steve Martin. Briatore replied that the mission had the approval of the British embassy in Buenos Aires.[4]
Eventually, the Argentine captain ordered the lowering of the flag, but failed to report to Grytviken. The BAS commander sent a message to the Governor of the Falkland IslandsRex Hunt (South Georgia being run as a dependency of the Falklands). After consulting London, Hunt was instructed to dispatch HMS Endurance to South Georgia with a detachment of 22 Royal Marines.[5][6]

ARA Almirante Irízar, the first Argentine Navy ship to arrive at Grytviken in December 1981.
The reason for the landing of scrap metal workmen at Leith was a 1978 contract between an Argentine businessman,Constantino Davidoff, and the British company Christian Salvesen, for the scrapping of the abandoned whale factories and facilities on the island.[7] Aware of the contract, the Argentine Navy conceived of a plan to hijack Davidoff's business in South Georgia, in order to establish an undercover base on the disputed territory. The action was code named Operation Alpha.[8]
There had been already two other Argentine trips to South Georgia: on December 1981, on board the Argentine icebreakerARA Almirante Irízar, when Davidoff made an inventory of the facilities;[9] and on February 1982, when an alleged commercial rival of Davidoff, bank employee Adrian Marchessi, made an unannounced visit to Leith. Marchessi assessed Leith facilities on board the Panamanian registered yacht Caiman, which had sailed out of Mar del Plata.[10]He later reported himself to Grytviken, claiming that he was part of Davidoff's scheme and giving the British authorities details of the December inspection and even of early Argentine trips during the 1970s.[11]
The failure of the Argentines to comply with the diplomatic formalities prompted Whitehall to opt for a small-scale intervention. In the meantime, a formal protest was issued by the British embassy in Buenos Aires. The Argentine Foreign Minister's response appeared to defuse the crisis; the note asserted that the Buen Sucesowould soon be leaving, and that the mission had no official sanction at all.[12]
By the morning of 22 March the Buen Suceso left Leith harbour. However, in the afternoon, a BAS observation post detected the presence of Argentine personnel and passed the information to London. In consequence, the Foreign Office chose to order HMS Endurance to evacuate any Argentine personnel remaining in South Georgia.[13]

HMS Endurance at Mar del Plata naval base, during her trip to the Falklands in February 1982
The British moves met with a series of Argentine countermeasures: the corvettes ARA Drummond and ARA Granville were deployed between the Falklands and South Georgia, which would have allowed them to intercept the Endurance and remove any Argentine personnel on board. In addition, upon arrival at Leith, HMS Endurance found the Antarctic Survey ship ARABahía Paraíso at anchor. This vessel landed a party of 10 naval commandos picked up from South Orkney Islands.[14]
Facing the potential for military action, the Foreign Office sought some sort of compromise. Lord Carrington proposed to his counterpart, Nicanor Costa Méndez, to indulge the workers presence at Leith, given the proper documentation, which could include the stamping of temporary permissions instead of passports, a concession crucial to the Argentine position. The Argentine intention, however, was that the arrival of any of its citizens to South Georgia should follow the procedures agreed on the communications treaty of 1971. Governor Rex Hunt strongly rejected this extension of the agreement, valid only for the Falklands jurisdiction, and raised his concerns to the British government. Costa Mendez left things in a limbo; both countries were then on the brink of conflict.[15][16]

2 April[edit]

Shortly before the Argentine landings on the Falklands, the Bahía Paraíso and the Endurance were playing acat-and-mouse game around South Georgia, until 31 March, when the ships lost track of each other. The British plan was that Martin would be in charge until the Argentine forces showed any hostile intentions. If that occurred, Acting Lieutenant Keith Mills, the most senior officer of the Royal Marines party, would take command. On 2 April, Captain Alfredo Astiz, a veteran of the Dirty War, whose extradition was requested by France for human rights violations, announced to the Argentine party in Leith that Argentina had taken over the Falklands.[6]
Meanwhile, the Argentine navy ordered the corvette ARA Guerrico to join the Bahía Paraíso, equipped with two helicopters (an Army Puma and a navy Alouette III ) and carrying 40 marines, along with Astiz team at Leith. The aim was the capture of Grytviken. The group would be called Grupo de Tareas 60.1 (Task Force 60.1), under the command of Captain Trombetta, on board Bahía Paraíso.[17]
After learning of the fall of Stanley, Mills took urgent measures: his men fortified the beach at King Edward Point, near the entrance of the bay with wire and landmines, and prepared defences around the BAS buildings. The Endurance, some miles offshore, would provide communication between the small British detachment and London. The new rules of engagement authorized Mills to "fire in self defence, after warning". A later statement from the British government instructed the marines to "not resist beyond the point where lives might be lost to no avail."[18]
On the other side, the Argentine plans for 2 April in South Georgia were thwarted by poor weather. These plans consisted in the landing of Astiz's special forces on Hope Point, near Grytviken, to secure the arrival of the bulk of the land forces, carried by helicopter. The Guerrico would provide naval fire support outside the bay. But the arrival of the corvette was delayed by a storm, so a new course of action was decided for the next day.[19]
According to the new plan, the first landing would be led by Guerrico's Alouette helicopter, followed by three waves of marines on a Puma from Bahia Paraiso. After sending a radio message demanding that the British surrender, Trombetta would order the Guerrico to make a thrust into Grytviken harbor, right in front of King Edward point. The Argentine rules of engagement authorized the corvette to fire her weapons only at request of the landing parties. Astiz's men would remain in the rearguard on board the Bahia Paraiso. All the forces involved should avoid enemy casualties as long as possible.[20] Official British historian Lawrence Freedmanbelieves that Trombetta made these provisions thinking he was dealing only with the BAS team.[21]

3 April[edit]

At 7:30 A.M., as the weather improved, Bahia Paraiso demanded the surrender of Grytviken. The message intimated that Rex Hunt had surrendered not only the Falklands, but also its dependencies, which was untrue.[6] Lt Mills copied and forwarded the message to HMS Endurance, with the intention of buying time. At the same time, he invited the BAS personnel to take cover inside the local church. By then, the Alouette was overflying Grytviken and the Guerrico was making her first entrance into the cove.[22]
According to Mayorga, Captain Carlos Alfonso, commander of the Guerrico, hesitated whether or not to expose the corvette in such narrow waters. Mayorga also supports Freedman's speculation about Trombetta's wrong assumptions regarding British military presence around the harbour, citing an official report. Trombetta also had some reservations about the combat readiness of the warship[23] since she had been in dry dock just days before departing from her home base at Puerto Belgrano.[24]

Helicopter shot down[edit]

Disclosure Conference, National Press Club 27 Sept 2010
The Puma landed a first group of 15 Argentine marines[25] on King Edward point at 11:41 AM, on the opposite side from Shackleton House, where the Royal Marines were entrenched. By then, the Guerrico knew that the general area of deployment of the Royal Marines was on the northern shore of the cove's mouth. The second wave of marines took off from Bahia Paraisodeck on board the Puma at 11:47. The commander of the Argentine group already inland, Lt Luna, requested via theGuerrico—he had no direct communication with Bahia Paraiso—that the second wave should be equipped with 60 mm mortars, but the party was already in flight. The landing was to take place to the east of Luna’s position, well within the view of the British detachment.[26]
The helicopter was spotted by Mills and his men and met by intense automatic fire. The pilot was able to cross the bay and crash-landed the helicopter on the southern bank of the bay. Two men were killed and four wounded. At the same time, Luna’s troops started their march towards Shackleton House, but the marines pinned them down with heavy gunfire.[6] Therefore, Luna asked the Guerrico for fire support.

ARA Guerrico[edit]

Aft view of ARA Guerrico showing her 40 mm twin guns right after the battle of Grytviken.
The corvette then carried out her second thrust into the cove, and at 11:55 opened fire. To her commander's disappointment, the 20 mm guns jammed after the first shot, and the 40 mm mounting after firing just six rounds. The 100 mm gun became useless after the first shot. Completely exposed, the warship had no other choice but to go ahead in order to put about. At 11:59, the corvette was hit by small arms fire and 84 mm Carl Gustavanti-tank shells.[27]
According to Mills, his party opened fire from a distance of 550 metres. The shooting killed one seaman and injured five others, damaging electrical cables, the 40 mm gun, one Exocet launcher and the 100 mm mounting. All Argentine sources acknowledge that more than 200 small arms rounds hit the corvette.[28] In the meantime, Lt Busson's Alouette had been ferrying more Argentine Marines ashore, out of range of the British weapons.[6]
While the battered Guerrico steered out of the bay, the Argentine troops resumed the exchange of fire with Mills' marines. One of them was hit on his arm.[6] Once she was out of range, Guerrico reopened fire with her 100mm main gun, now back in service.[29] This convinced Mills that things were over, and he ordered his marines to cease fire.[6] This happened at 12:48 according to Mayorga.[29] Mills approached the Argentine positions waving a white coat, and surrendered,[6] "after achieving his aim of compelling the Argentine troops to use military force."[29][30]
Mills and his men were taken in custody by Astiz's group, who had been left in reserve during the battle.[6]HMS Endurance dispatched one of her Wasp helicopters to Cumberland Bay. The aircraft landed there, and spotted an Argentine corvette and a transport ship inside the cove, but found no signs of fighting. TheEndurance remained in South Georgia waters until 5 April.[30]

The corvette Guerrico, which had lost 50% of her firepower due to combat damage, left Grytviken along withBahia Paraiso at 3:15 of 4 April, bound for Rio Grande.[31] She spent three days in dry dock for repairs.[32]The marines were disarmed and taken on board the Bahia Paraiso, ferried to Rio Grande and then airlifted to Montevideo.[6]
Marine Andrew Michael Lee later said he and the other British prisoners were treated well and there was a feeling of respect between the two sides: "They bore us no malice. They did understand the job we did. They were Marines, like ourselves."[33] They eventually returned to the United Kingdom on 20 April. Some British BAS members working in remote areas continued their activities undeterred until the British reconquest. Wildlife film maker Cindy Buxton and her assistant were evacuated by a helicopter from HMSEndurance on 30 April.[34]She would later reveal that Royal Navy personnel had given her and Annie Price a pistol and that both female journalists had been trained how to use the weapon.[35]
The Argentine Navy left a detachment of 55 marines on the island. The 39 scrap metal workers also remained in Leith.[30] South Georgia was retaken by British forces on 25 April 1982, during Operation Paraquet.[36]

"Meridian Man Pleads Guilty to Money Laundering in Treasure Valley Spice Case

U.S. Attorney’s OfficeJanuary 06, 2014
  • District of Idaho(208) 334-1211

26 Mile Galactic Federation of Light mothership in our Solar System (Dr Steven M Greer)

BOISE—Mark A. Ciccarello, 36, of Meridian, Idaho, pleaded guilty today in United States District Court to count four of the indictment charging him with money laundering, U.S. Attorney Wendy J. Olson announced. Ciccarello and four co-defendants were indicted by a federal grand jury in May 2013 on charges of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance analogue; conspiracy to smuggle goods into the United States; conspiracy to sell and transport drug paraphernalia; and conspiracy to launder money. Ciccarello is scheduled to be sentenced on March 25, 2014, before U.S. District Judge Edward J. Lodge at the federal courthouse in Boise.
According to court proceedings, Ciccarello admitted to being a leader and organizer in a conspiracy to launder money between March 2011 and May 2013. The money laundering was related to his operation of a business called Zombie Matter. Ciccarello pleaded guilty to engaging in bank and other financial transactions through criminally derived property associated with the spice business. During this period, through a series of monetary transactions in amounts over $10,000, Ciccarello removed over $4.5 million in currency from three Zombie Matter accounts.
Co-defendant Robert A. Eoff, 31, and William Burr Mabry, 46, both of Boise, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to launder money on December 17 and August 13, 2013, respectively. Eoff is set for sentencing on March 11, 2014; Mabry on March 25.
Two co-defendants, Troy L. Palmer, 43, of Boise, and Holly F. Ciccarello, 39, of Meridian, are set for trial on February 25.
The indictment is the result of a joint investigation of the Organized Crime and Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF), which included the cooperative law enforcement efforts of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s (ICE) Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), Internal Revenue Service-Criminal Investigation, Boise Police Department, Meridian Police Department, Ada County Sheriff’s Office, Canyon County Sheriff’s Office, and Nampa Police Department. Other federal agencies participating in the OCEDTF program include the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF); Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI); and U.S. Marshals Service.
The OCDETF program is a federal, multi-agency, multi-jurisdictional task force that supplies supplemental federal funding to federal and state agencies involved in the identification, investigation, and prosecution of major drug trafficking organizations.

Human Trafficking
An Intelligence Report
Blurred photo of prostitution encounterIt’s a thriving international business in our increasingly interconnected global economy, generating some $9 billion in profits every year. Only it’s rooted in one of the world’s oldest evils—the enslavement of human beings.
It’s called “human trafficking”…and it involves buying, selling, and smuggling people—often women and children—and forcing them into what amounts to modern-day slavery.
How big is the problem? Very big. According to the State Department, up to two million people are trafficked worldwide every year, with an estimated 15,000 to 18,000 in the U.S., causing untold suffering.
How are victims “recruited”? Sometimes by force, but usually by fraud. Victims are lured away from family and friends by the promise of a better life, often in another country. For traffickers, there’s no shortage of victims—people eager for higher-paying jobs and other opportunities in distant cities and nations.
What kinds of work are victims forced to do? Both legal and illegal. Everything from prostitution to exotic dancing…from street peddling to housekeeping…from child care to construction and landscaping. Some victims are forced to work in restaurants and factories and are drawn into servile marriages and various criminal activities.
How are victims controlled? Many different ways: physically, through beatings, burnings, rapes, and starvation; emotionally, through isolation, psychological abuse, drug dependency, and threats against family members in home countries; and financially, through debt bondage and threat of deportation.
Escape is difficult because victims are often “invisible”—in the U.S., for example, victims typically don’t speak English; they’re afraid to approach authorities because they don’t want to be deported; and they have no idea where they are or how to get help.
What about the traffickers? In the U.S., they’re often members of the victim’s own ethnic or national community…are here legally and maintain close contact with their home country…may be fluent in English and a native language…and may have greater social or political status in their home country than their victims.
Traffickers include:
  • International criminal syndicates with “diversified trafficking portfolios” that smuggle drugs and guns along with people and use the same routes for all three;
  • “Mom-and-pop” family operations that often have extended family on both sides of the border and lure victims by striking up romantic relationships;
  • Independently owned businesses with contractors/agents who provide laborers for menial jobs; and
  • Individuals, such as diplomats or foreign business executives who arrive with “servants,” pimps, and sometimes even neighbors and friends of the victim.
What we’re doing about the problem? Quite a bit, from our participation in local task forces and national initiatives…to our intelligence-based investigations. We’ve worked cases in 48 states so far. Here are a few recent examples:
  • On May 8, two men—one Salvadoran and one U.S. citizen—were convicted for their role in a sex-trafficking ring that smuggled Central and South American females into the U.S. for Houston area bars and restaurants.
  • On May 24, a Mexican man in Portland, Oregon, was charged with kidnapping a woman from Mexico, forcing her to work on his marijuana farm, and subjecting her to beatings, stabbings, and sexual assault.
  • On May 26, a Milwaukee couple—both doctors—were convicted of forcing a Philippine woman to work as their domestic servant for 19 years.
Are you a victim or do you think you may know one? Then please call your local FBI office or the Department of Justice trafficking hotline at 1-888-428-7581.
Surgical Precision
Inside Six-Year Probe of Medical Device
SurgeonIt was a story in a Boston newspaper six years ago that piqued Nidia Gamba's interest. On her way into work as a special agent in the FBI's Boston field office, Gamba read that a local company's medical device was failing during surgical procedures and that the Food and Drug Administration was inquiring about a voluntary recall.
The product in question was a delivery system used to implant stents in cardiac patients. A stent is an expandable wire mesh sheath placed within a blood vessel to keep it open or to clear a blockage. A catheter carries the stent to the affected area, and a tiny saline-filled balloon inside is inflated to expand the mesh and clear an opening. In this case, cardiologists were reporting unanticipated pinhole leaks and ruptures in the balloons, turning a fairly routine operation into a more risky endeavor.
Despite reports of complications, including one death, the company continued to ship the devices.
"It did not make sense to me that they were not recalling a product that was causing harm," said Gamba, who before becoming an agent worked in the healthcare industry for 12 years and was a surgical sales specialist at a major pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturer.
Gamba called the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston, which concurred with the FDA inquiry and began what would become a six-year investigation involving hundreds of witness interviews in three countries and thousands of technical documents.
Here's how the investigation worked:
  • With the FBI as the lead agency, the U.S. Attorney's Office subpoenaed company e-mails, test results, clinical trials, sales figures, lot numbers, and other information covering the time when the stent was first developed to the time the defective devices were recalled.
  • Gamba and three FDA investigators waded through some 600 boxes of technical material looking for documentation that the company knowingly sold a defective product. They turned up evidence that during finished goods testing the devices failed up to 28 percent of the time-a rate that far exceeds the zero-percent guidelines issued by the FDA for Class III devices (devices that support or sustain human life). "They basically covered up and knew they were selling an adulterated product," Gamba said.
  • The investigators interviewed every cardiologist who reported a problem and more than 100 employees at the company and its subsidiaries.
During the interviews, a designer acknowledged making the change that ultimately caused the device failures. Meanwhile, two employees told investigators they had urged management to cease shipping the devices. The company did finally stop shipments and issue a recall after distributing more than 34,000 flawed devices during a 54-day period in 1998.
Faced with mounting evidence, the company entered a settlement with the U.S. Attorney's Office last June, agreeing to pay $74 million to the U.S., an amount equal to twice the sales revenue from shipments of the faulty devices.
“It was satisfying to see it all come to fruition,” said Gamba, who worked the case for three years before transferring to New York in 2001 and handing the investigation to another agent in Boston.

"How To Detect And Nullify
Chip Implants
By Sherry Shriner
Almost all of us have been implanted with chips in one way or another since we were born.
Vaccinations, flu shots, dental work, surgeries, sleep abductions, in fact most medicine including dentistry has been loaded with implantable chips since the 1960s. They have had this technology for 40 years or more and are just now bringing it out to condition and introduce it to the public. Withholding technology is typical for the government and military for years before they release it to the public for whatever reason. Most of the time new technologies have been beneficial, but implantable chips are not one of them. Why? Because they compliment the New World Order and Luciferian agenda of control and domination.
There is information about various technology our government has and withholds from the public at http://www.tearingdownstrongholds.com and you can read about the RFID and DAARPA chips at http://www.thewatcherfiles.com. They sell implantable chips to the public as a technological breakthrough and the best thing next to pizza with sauce, but they will harm you, affect you, and could eventually destroy you.
Mind control black operation projects were the precursor to the chip. After World War II our government relocated thousands of German scientists in what as known as Operation Paperclip to the United States to help with secret and highly hidden classified projects on mind control. Infamous projects as a result of Paperclip such as MKULTRA and MONARCH would eventually be leaked and exposed over the years to the public from various victims of these projects.
Our government has been knee deep in one particular  area over the past 60 years and that has been to learn how to manipulate and control people.  Biblical theology would refer to as witchcraft but it is seen as advancement and technological breakthroughs by a government that on the backside serves Lucifer and is preparing the way for his rise and manipulation of the entire earth.
Through a combination of mind control and chip implantation our black government was able to successfully produce the Manchurians. The color black in referring to its deep and secret agenda kept away from public view. They would master the ability to take a normal person, such as a Lee Harvey Oswald, Mark David Chapman,  Timothy McVeigh, John Allen Muhhamed, or Lee Malvo,  and manipulate them to either take the blame or actually serve as assassins.
Are serial killers and assassins today under government influence as lab rats to see how effective mind manipulation and control is? I would say so. Most of these involved with hideous crimes have recounted stories of chip implantations, missing time, or hearing voices which is typical of being a MILAB or military lab rat.
What I have found in the Bible Codes about implantable chips in these last days is that they are 2-way transistor radio type chips. Over the years they have perfected them from being tracking devices to being able to influence people by speaking to them directly through these chips and influencing their actions. Through these chips they can read your thoughts, hear what you are saying, even see what you are seeing (depending on the chip, like a video chip they have and can implant you with).
But the Lord has not left us defenseless. We can deactivate these chips that most people have been innocently implanted with from the time they have been born.
You don't have to buy expensive frequency readers to determine if you have been chipped. A phone call to the Lord is free.
     Phone home.
When I asked the Lord about chip implants several months ago He led me to certain areas where I had been targeted and implanted with them and I am finding that these same areas are common areas that most others have been implanted in as well.
We can nullify chip implants and defeat their control game. Our black government and military have learned it from the aliens who have been adept at abducting and chipping entire populations for years. And we can defeat both the aliens and the military/government at their own games. Chips and control tactics are indeed strongholds of Lucifer and his New World Order and we are not left defenseless against it.
I have found that rare earth magnets called Neodymium magnets will nullify chips. I bought some Neodymium magnets online from a retailer,  the kind that can lift 10lbs of steel and run about .70 cents a piece and I used band aides to hold them in place. I put magnets on the back of each ear lobe, on the side of each arm where I have received shots, on both sides of my jaws where I had wisdom teeth removed, and under each heel where I had been purposely implanted by my mother's doctor shortly after I was born. Also on my stomach where I had a cesarean. I am finding that most people are implanted by their navels as well. If you have had any type of surgery put a magnet near the scar for about 24 hours.
When you use the magnets be sure to have the north side of the magnet facing your skin. A compass will tell you which side of the magnet is north. For newer chips or chips closer to the surface like your ears or jaws leave them on for about 12 hours. For older chips such as vaccinations leave them on for about two days. The Lord will lead you as to how long to keep them on or when it is deactivated and you can take the magnet off. Just listen for His guidance in your Spirit if you are one of His.
Seek the Lord on where you have them and He will guide your thoughts and lead you where to put the magnets.
Those pregnant or who have heart pacers should not use magnets.
Most people do not know they have chips. In this day and age, it is a given that most of us have them, had them, and unless we watch ourselves, will keep getting them.
If you are ever in a crowded store and you feel a sudden sting, like you got bit by a insect, go home and put a magnet on it for about 8  hours. Chances are you got zapped by a chip gun. Yes, there are actually morons with chip guns who purposely go around implanting people.
Stay away from vaccinations and flu shots. If you have to get a shot for whatever reason, go home and put a magnet on it for 8 hours. Same with dental work.
For most people they are not annoyed or bothered and never even detect they may be chip implanted. For others there is an obvious way to tell if they are implanted: they will hear sounds, unusual unexplainable sounds such as music, talking, etc..and they do not know where it is coming from. Or, just be on the safe side, assume you already are implanted and get magnets to deactivate them in the areas I have suggested that they usually put them in people.
Would magnet deactivation help against the mark or chip forewarned of in Revelation 13 where and when the associate of the beast, the False Prophet will demand the entire world receive a mark, number, or image (chip implied here) in or on the right hand or forehead to participate in a new economic system? No. Once a person gets that particular chip they are doomed forever with no second chances. DO NOT get that chip!
Until that time in prophetic events and on the prophetic time clock we can render chip implantations defenseless against us by deactivating them with Neodymium magnets. Another stronghold of the New World Order's revealed that we can tear down!
      Those with ears, hear.

Project Soul Catcher

The NAVY Project Soul Catcher is not a program to learn how to capture the Soul, They already can, the project is to create more Spiritual Confusion/Sexual Confusion on the Planet. They are violating every natural law to do this. Remember, William Cooper spoke of Project Sigma? Well the creatures are Clones controlled by AI Programs. They were performing Genetic Modifications on Humans to keep us in Controllable Frequencies. Their efforts are beginning to fail, Nature always finds a way. The latest program is to destroy the Natural Process and convince Humans that Cloning is good and can be used to create life for Homosexual and Lesbian couples. But Clones never wake up. They are activated using Nano-Technology and AI programs with thoughts copied from Humans.

"The woman who 'can leave her body at will': Student sheds light on the strange brain activity involved in out-of-body experiences

Researchers at the University of Ottawa, Canada, studied the brain activity of a student who can drift outside her own body at will

Scientists believe the left side of several areas of the brain associated with kinaesthetic imagery are responsible for extra-corporeal experiences

They think the experiences could be more common than thought or that people only retain the ability to have them if they practice from childhood
