The US DHS would NEVER use WEATHER WEAPONS inside the USA, right?

"Colorado floods: Hundreds still missing

Emergency teams are searching for hundreds of people still missing after Colorado's deadly floods.

State officials say more than 300 are still unaccounted for, but many are believed to be merely cut off in remote areas inundated by the historic rains.
Several towns were encircled by raging waters. More than 3,000 people have been evacuated by air and ground.
The floods have been blamed for eight deaths, 1,500 homes destroyed and another 17,000 properties damaged.
Days of rain was followed by a flash-flood rainstorm in the early hours of Wednesday last week.
Colorado Office of Emergency Management spokeswoman Micki Trost told the BBC on Tuesday night that 306 people were missing: 109 in Boulder County and another 197 in Larimer County.
By Tuesday, military helicopters had flown almost 2,400 people and more than 850 pets to safety, in what National Guard officials say may be the largest airlift since Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
The flood zone covers parts of or all of 17 Colorado counties, in the normally semi-arid region around the state's major cities.
The downpour dumped about 21in (53cm) of rain in parts of Boulder city, nearly double the area's average annual rainfall."  Continues.

No reason to, right?!  Guess, you've not been paying attention, to the ONLY SUCCESSFUL RECALL TO DATE of a MEMBER OF THE US CONGRESS (busy watching the PSY-OPP shooting were were, like The Pet Goat do?!) ..

NRA News Special Report From Ginny Simone: Colorado Recall: Power of Grassroots

They were told it would never happen. Ordinary citizens, fed up with being shut out of the legislative process, launched a grassroots recall campaign. It got the attention of first Colorado, then the nation. When the final votes were tallied, two state senators were out of a job ... and history was made.

Departing DHS secretary warns of 'serious' cyber-threat, devastating natural disaster

The departing US Homeland Security Secretary used her farewell speech to warn the nation’s leaders of an impending “serious” cyber-attack as well as a natural disaster, the impact of which will dwarf Hurricane Sandy and other disasters in recent memory.

Janet Napolitano, after four years at the helm of the Department of Homeland Security, delivered her final speech Tuesday morning before she formally exits her position next week.

“Many things still need tending, and my successor will most certainly have a full plate on his or her hands,” she said, adding that she faced “many challenges” over the past four years, including Hurricane Sandy in 2012 and the Deepwater Horizon oil spill two years before that.

Napolitano, whose Department of Homeland Security was created in the wake of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and is primarily responsible for immigration and airport security, said the agency launched a “historic” effort after the attempted “underwear bombing” in 2009. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) helped coordinate screening efforts against “nonmetallic devices” in 190 countries, she said.

“The lesson is clear: For every attack we experience, every threat we face and every piece of intelligence we come across, we learn,” she continued. “And we get stronger and more nimble.”

DUMBOS in the USA, still think this is conspiracy, too!
