The following is a chronological summary of the alleged aircraft sightings by Japan Airlines Flight 1628, on November 18, 1986:
All times listed are approximate UTC unless otherwise specified.
0219 - The pilot of JL1628 requested traffic information from the ZAN Sector15 controller. When the controller advised there was no traffic in the vicinity, JL1628 responded that they had same direction traffic,approximately 1 mile in front, and it appeared to be at their altitude. When queried about any identifiable markings, the pilot responded that they could only see white and yellow strobes.
0225 - JL1628 informed ZAN that the traffic was now visible on their radar, in their 11 o'clock position at 8 miles.
0226 - ZAN contacted the Military Regional Operations Control Center,(ROCC),and tasked if they were receiving any radar returns near the position of JL1628. The ROCC advised that they were receiving a primary radar return in JL1628's 10 o'clock position at 8 miles.
0227 - The ROCC contacted ZAN to advise they were no longer receiving any radar returns in the vicinity of JL1628.
0231 - JL1628 advised that the "plane" was "quite big", at which time the ZAN controller approved any course deviations needed to avoid the traffic.
0232 - JL1628 requested and received a descent from FL350 to FL310. When asked if the traffic was descending also, the pilot stated it was descending "in formation".
0235 - JL1628 requested and received a heading change to two one zero. The aircraft was now in the vicinity of Fairbanks and ZAN contacted Fairbanks Approach Control asking if they had any radar returns nearJL1628's position. The Fairbanks Controller advised they did not.
0236 - JL1628 was issued a 360 degree turn and asked to inform ZAN if the traffic stayed with them.
0238 - The ROCC called ZAN advising they had confirmed a "flight of two" in
JL1628's position. They advised they had some "other equipment watching this", and one was a primary target only.
0239 - JL1628 told ZAN they no longer had the traffic in sight.
0242 - The ROCC advised it looked as though the traffic had dropped back andto the right of JL1628, however, they were no longer tracking it.
0244 - JL1628 advised the traffic was now at 9 o'clock245
0255 - ZAN issued a 10 degree turn to a northbound United Airlines flight,after pilot concurrence, in an attempt to confirm the traffic.
0248 - JL1628 told ZAN the traffic was now at 7 o'clock, 8 miles.
0250 - The northbound United Flight advised they had the Japan Airlines flight in sight, against a light background, and could not see any other traffic.
0253 - JL1628 advised they no longer had contact with the traffic.
A subsequent review of ANC ARTOC's radar tracking data failed to confirm any targets in close proximity to JL1628.

The following is a report concerning the incident to aircraft JL1628 on November 18, 1986 at 0230 OTC.
My name is Carl E. Henley (HC) I am employed as an Air Traffic Control Specialist by the Federal Aviation Administration at the Anchorage Air Route Traffic Control Center, Anchorage, Alaska.
During the period of 2030 UTC, November 17, 1986, to 0430 UTC, November 18,1986 I was on duty in the Anchorage ARTCC. I was working the D15 position from 0156 UTC, November 18, 1986 to 0230 UTC, November 18, 1986.
At '"approximately 0225Z while monitoring JL1628 on Sector 15 radar, the aircraft requested traffic information. I advised no traffic in his vicinity. The aircraft advised he had traffic 12 o'clock same altitude. I asked JL1628 if he would like higher/lower altitude and the pilot replied,negative. I checked with ROCC to see if they had military traffic in the area and to see if they had primary targets in the area. ROCC did have primary target in the same position JL1628 reported. Several times I had single primary returns where JL1628 reported traffic. JL1628 later requested a turn to heading 210°, I approved JL1628 to make deviations as necessary for traffic. The traffic stayed with JL1628 through turns and decent in the vicinity of FAI I requested JL1628 to make a right 360° turn to see if he could identify the aircraft, he lost contact momentarily, at which time I observed a primary target in the 6 o'clock position 5 miles. I then vectoredUA69 northbound to FAI from ANC with his approval to see if he could identify the aircraft, he had contact with the JL1628 flight but reported no other traffic, by this time J11628 had lost contact with the traffic. Also a military C-130 southbound to EDF from EIL advised he had plenty of fuel and would take a look, I vectored him toward the flight and climbed him to FL240,he also had no contact.
Note: I requested JL1628 to identify the type or markings of the aircraft.He could not identify but reported white and yellow strobes. I requested theJL1628 to say flight conditions, he reported clear and no clouds.

The following is a report concerning the incident to Japan Airlines Flight1628 (JL1628) North of Fairbanks, Alaska on November 18, 1986 at 0218 UTC.
My name is John L. Aarnink (AA). I am employed as an Air Traffic Control Specialist by the Federal Aviation Administration at the Anchorage Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Anchorage, Alaska. During the period of 2230UTC, November 17, 1986 to 0630 November 18, 1986 I was on duty in the Anchorage ARTCC. I was working the C15 position from approximately 0218 UTC,November 18, 1986 to 0250 UTC, November 18, 1986.
I was on my way to take a break when I noticed the unusual activity at the Sector 15 positions. I plugged into the C15 position and assisted them by answering telephone lines, making and taking hand offs and coordinating as necessary. As to the specific incident, I monitored the aircraft's transmissions and observed data on the radar that coincided with information that the pilot of JL1628 reported. I coordinated with the ROCC on the BRAVO and CHARLIE lines. They confirmed they also saw data in the same location.At approximately abeam CAWIN intersection, I no longer saw the data and the pilot advised he no longer saw the traffic. I called the ROCC and they advised they had lost the target. I then unplugged from the position and went on a break.

The following is a report concerning the incident involving aircraft JL1628north of Fairbanks, Alaska on November 18, 1986 at 0218 UTC.
My name is Samuel J. Rich (SR). I am employed as an Air Traffic Control Specialist by the Federal Aviation Administration at the Anchorage Air Route Traffic Control Center, Anchorage, Alaska.
During the period of 0035 UTC, November 18, 1986, to 0835 UTC, November 18,1986, I was on duty in the Anchorage ARTCC. I was working the D15 position from 0230 UTC, November 18, 1986, to 0530 UTC, November 18, 1986.
I returned from my break at approximately 0218 UTC to relieve Mr. Henley on the sector R/D15 position. In the process of relieving Mr. Henley I heard the pilot of JL1628 ask if we had any traffic near his position. I continued to monitor the position as Mr. Henley was too busy to give me a relief briefing.I monitored the situation for approximately twelve minutes at which time I assumed the D15 position and Mr. Henley moved to the R15 position. During the twelve minute period I heard the JL1628 pilot report the color of the lights were white and yellow. After the radar scale was reduced to approximately twenty miles I observed a radar return in the position the pilot had reported traffic.
After assuming the D15 position I called the R0CC at approximately 0230 UTC to ask if they had any military traffic operating near JL1628. The ROCC said they had no military traffic in the area. I then asked them if they could see any traffic near JL1628. ROCC advised that they had traffic near JL1628 in the same position we did.
I asked ROCC if they had any aircraft to scramble on JL1628, they said they would call back. I received no further communication regarding the request for a scramble.

Dear Mr. President:
The CIA has made a mockery out of our constitution. Our elected representatives have no idea what we in the Military have done and are still doing, since the CIA decided that "they do not have a need to know," making it mandatory for all of us in the Military and Government, both active and retired, who have knowledge regarding UFOs, to testify with total immunity before a special congressional committee. The CIA can not object, because officially "UFOs do not exist." The UFO cover-up is not in our national security interest. It should be stopped, because it hurts military morale. Our group, Justice for Mili-tary Personnel (JMP), consists of retired military personnel who were affected by, or involved in different capacities with the UFO cover-up. Under orders of the CIA, in the "interest of national security," we took part in intentionally misleading the nation, manipulating the press, the courts and most politicians.
INTRODUCTION:
The CIA UFO cover-up, is being perpetrated against the American people and not our potential enemies. The Russians have a whole town exclusively for UFO research. The CIA insists that the UFO cover-up must be kept at all costs, otherwise the military will be ineffective. The CIA correctly maintains, that military personnel will disobey orders when confronted by UFOs. For example, during the Vietnam War, pilots refused orders to fly night missions against UFOs. Since fatal accidents, UFO related, are relatively rare (with the exception of the Vietnam War), the CIA prefers to maintain the cover-up. NSA, NASA, CIA, RAND and AFOSI associates, have informed us that UFOs have many origins. Some obviously represent civilizations, thousands of years more advanced than we are. Almost everything about them, their motives and operations are strange and incomprehensible to us. There is little we can do to protect ourselves from them. The Air Force is totally
helpless to handle the situation, because of UFO's incredible flight performance. The CIA and Pentagon are bewildered by UFOs' apparent ability to jam all our ground and air electronic equipment, or instantaneously disable all our weapons control systems. The CIA has decided to try to understand and duplicate UFO propulsion systems at all cost. This means that pilot lives have been sacrificed in UFO chases to get "UFO samples" for research, therefore `Ignorance is Bliss.' RAND maintains that the CIA is gambling that a major catastrophe, such as the July, 1952, mass UFO appearance over Washington, DC and the White House, will not happen again, so that no "explanations will be needed. NORAD, along with many of us in the armed forces, bitterly oppose perpetuation of this cover-up, pointing to the public panic potential of the 1952 disaster. We in the JMP feel that too many military personnel suffered or died as a result of not being informed about UFOs. It is time to tell our armed forces the truth. IT IS UNCONSCIONABLE to continue to use military personnel as guinea pigs.
CRIMES WE COMMITTED UNDER CIA PRESSURE:
Forty years ago, the cover-up was confined to a very few individuals within the Military and Government. Today, many thousands are effected or involved. This deceitful CIA policy is breeding resentment in the services, for we were ordered to act illegally, against our fellow military personnel and our nation. Our JMP group has many military personnel and others who are waiting to testify. The following are a few examples of
deceptive activities we carried out while on active duty:
1: We intentionally ordered pilots to shoot at UFOs, with the hope of acquiring a UFO for research purposes. These resulted sometimes in instant explosions and death to the pilots or instantaneous "disappearances" of pilot and plane. The UFOs occupants seem to be monitoring all of our pilots' actions. We analyzed hundreds of UFO gun camera films and it seems that some UFOs are remote controlled.
2. We have strictly silenced military pilots who reported UFOs. We do not allow our pilots to discuss UFO chases EVEN AMONG THEMSELVES.
3. We interrogated, intimidated and harassed military personnel who saw UFOs, to "convince" them (excluding pilots and astronauts), that they "did not see" what they saw; frightened them with the prospect of long prison sentences if they told anyone what they saw; transferred them alone to bases around the world, where, even if they were to talk, nobody would believe them; forced some of them into mental institutions; jailed them; destroyed their military careers; did everything possible to intimidate UFO witnesses by fear into self doubt and silence.
4. We distributed fraudulent information, through Military and Government spokesmen or scientists, to debunk all public UFO sightings.
5. We forced the FAA, NASA, and other Government agencies to conform to CIA UFO policies.
6. We violated the Freedom of Information Act by hiding documents.
7. We smeared commercial pilots who publicly reported UFOs and forced their companies to silence them.
8. We did not confirm when civilian planes around the world also temporarily lost control or completely disappeared when UFOs were present. We slandered ruthlessly some of our most outstanding and competent citizens, who dared to report UFO sightings, while we knew all along that they were telling the truth, as we tracked the UFOs on radar.
10. We silenced Congressmen and Senators who requested UFO information for their constituents. These representatives are now silent partners to this cover-up and are consequently directly responsible for all the crimes we committed.
PRESS IN DEFAULT:
The national UFO debunking campaign ordered by the CIA in 1953, published books and planted hundreds of articles in the press, to create an atmosphere of ridicule around the subject of UFOs, falsely creating "UFO contacts" and "UFO" hoaxes. This campaign which is still in effect today, infiltrated major civilian civilian UFO groups, to ridicule them or divert their efforts towards "other explanations." This UFO cover-up has been successful beyond CIA's highest expectations, due primarily to the brilliant manipulation of the press by the CIA via the ridicule strategy. The Establishment Press, afraid of being ridiculed, proved to be gullible beyond belief to "official statements." The press, for example, in attempting to divorce itself completely from UFO data, did not question why the CIA refused to give UFO information to the then Senator Barry Goldwater who at the time was chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee. IF SENATOR GOLDWATER (WHO HAS BEEN AWARE OF THE COVER-UP) DOES NOT HAVE A HIGH ENOUGH SECURITY CLEARANCE TO GET UFO INFORMATION, THEN WHO IN OUR GOVERNMENT DOES? The press failed to ask, if UFOs "do not exist," why did the CIA tell Senator Goldwater that UFO data is classified "above top secret" and "above any other secret in the USA"? The CIA debunking campaign, using some of the best brains in this country, slowly "educated" most journalists that they can only be rewarded, by abandoning any sense of journalistic ethics when it comes to reporting about UFOs. One of the most audaciously deceptive acts by the CIA involved President Carter (who himself had sighted a UFO), when he requested NASA to look into the possibility of UFO research. Until that moment, all of us
who were involved with the UFO cover-up assumed that the President was informed by the CIA about UFOs the moment he entered office and that he was aware of the huge sum of money invested in UFO research since 1953. Until that moment, IT WAS INCONCEIVABLE to us that the President of the United States would be kept totally uninformed by the CIA. At that time, NASA's scientific team concluded that the UFO cover-up should end because the public already knew that most astronauts in space photographed UFOs, or had been followed by UFOs, and that the astronauts were forced by regulations to lie to the press. Shortly before NASA's release of the news to the press, the CIA insisted on continuing to maintain the cover-up and pressured NASA to lied to the public. NASA therefore released a statement dictated by the CIA, contradictory to their own scientists' conclusions. Victor Marchetti (former Executive Assistant to the Deputy Director of the CIA), openly maintains that President Carter probably was forced to participate in the CIA's UFO cover-up. Most of the preposterous "explanations" of UFOs were originated by the CIA's debunking headquarters, and disseminated to the public mostly through the Air Force, FAA, FBI, CIA, NASA, NORAD or Pentagon spokesmen. These shocking, mind boggling "explanations" (swamp gas, stars, etc.), released usually after long delays, often constituted an insult to American public intelligence, instead of an explanation. Though these "explanations" often were not logical, scientific, or factual at all, they were eagerly accepted by the press, which was relieved to quickly dispose of "another UFO story." There were often sharp contradictions between these "explanations" and the pilots and radar controllers' statements, which rarely seemed to bother the press, who claim to be Government watch dogs.
SCIENTIFIC COMMUNITY IN DEFAULT:
Project `Blue Book', the `Condon Report', and many notable scientists, are part of the CIA's cover-up. The `Condon Report' is a scientific farce which was immediately exposed as a fraud by the late Professor James E. MacDonald (world's foremost, non CIA, authority on UFOs). The `Condon Report' has been heavily criticized ever since by all other competent scientists (who do not work for the CIA), who actually examined the report in depth. Incredible as it seems, many in the scientific community today have not, and still regard the `Condon Report' as an impartial scientific study. This attitude is a source of much amusement and self satisfaction in the intelligence community. This manipulation of American public opinion and the advanced mind control techniques employed by the CIA, were described by one Air Force doctor as: "Psychiatric Fascism contradictory to any democratic principles." Now more than ever, due to our highly sophisticated detection systems, UFOs are being detected frequently over our bases and missile silos and they have tampered with our nuclear missiles. They are being photographed in restricted areas, monitoring our military experiments. We track them visually and/or on radar across the USA and Canada almost daily. World-wide intelligence reports indicate very similar sightings. Many of us objected long ago to this senseless UFO cover-up. But we could not do anything, because the CIA controls all our military intelligence agencies and has overwhelming influence over many Government agencies.
CONCLUSIONS:
FBI associates defined the UFO cover-up as the biggest crime ever perpetrated against our people. The CIA, in the name of "National Security Interest," has flagrantly violated the letter and spirit of the law. The Uniform Code of Military Justice DOES NOT offer our soldiers any protection regarding this cover-up. As JMP members, we are torn between our desire to maintain the military oath of secrecy and our sense of ethics as responsible loyal citizens of this great nation. Yet we are fully dedicated to preventing the UFO cover-up from continuing to be the status quo in this free nation. When our country requests us in the military to give
up our lives for this land, the least the Government can do, is tell us against whom we are fighting and why. We have the right to know.
JMP CIVIL RESPONSIBILITY:
Lack of competent news reporting on this issue, has led to the creation of JMP. We feel it is our responsibility to speak up for our citizens who are still on active military duty. A RAND study indicates that, barring unforeseen circumstances, the CIA may continue the cover-up unabated under the umbrella of secrecy and ridicule. JMP members therefore have prepared a program that may effectively disintegrate the UFO cover-up. NSA associate commented to us: "...once the nation will learn the magnitude of the UFO cover-up, it may lead to a sense of awakening and outrage which could lead to civil disobedience acts that will make the Boston Tea Party
pale by comparison, and may lead to the downfall of the CIA." The CIA's collapse is not our intention because the CIA is important for national defense. There is a need to preserve whatever integrity the CIA may still have in the American public's eyes. The issue of this letter is not CIA credibility, but our Government's credibility. This insane CIA's UFO cover-up must end. It is a `Time-Bomb' which can't be disarmed. This `Time-Bomb' according to RAND, is gaining momentum and must explode one day, LET US EXPOSE IT NOW AND HELP SAVE ADDITIONAL UNNECESSARY LOSS OF MILITARY LIVES. This letter intentionally omits the most spectacular events in the UFO cover-up. Members of JMP fell that it will be more appropriate that the President himself, once informed by the CIA, will disclose these events to the nation. We regret the anonymity of this letter, but we have no other choice because the CIA has a clear policy of eliminating any insiders who may expose the UFO cover-up. The following is a report concerning the incident involving aircraft JL1628north of Fairbanks, Alaska on November 18, 1986 at 0218 UTC.
My name is Samuel J. Rich (SR). I am employed as an Air Traffic Control Specialist by the Federal Aviation Administration at the Anchorage Air Route Traffic Control Center, Anchorage, Alaska.
During the period of 0035 UTC, November 18, 1986, to 0835 UTC, November 18,1986, I was on duty in the Anchorage ARTCC. I was working the D15 position from 0230 UTC, November 18, 1986, to 0530 UTC, November 18, 1986.
I returned from my break at approximately 0218 UTC to relieve Mr. Henley on the sector R/D15 position. In the process of relieving Mr. Henley I heard the pilot of JL1628 ask if we had any traffic near his position. I continued to monitor the position as Mr. Henley was too busy to give me a relief briefing.I monitored the situation for approximately twelve minutes at which time I assumed the D15 position and Mr. Henley moved to the R15 position. During the twelve minute period I heard the JL1628 pilot report the color of the lights were white and yellow. After the radar scale was reduced to approximately twenty miles I observed a radar return in the position the pilot had reported traffic.
After assuming the D15 position I called the R0CC at approximately 0230 UTC to ask if they had any military traffic operating near JL1628. The ROCC said they had no military traffic in the area. I then asked them if they could see any traffic near JL1628. ROCC advised that they had traffic near JL1628 in the same position we did.
I asked ROCC if they had any aircraft to scramble on JL1628, they said they would call back. I received no further communication regarding the request for a scramble.

Dear Mr. President:
The CIA has made a mockery out of our constitution. Our elected representatives have no idea what we in the Military have done and are still doing, since the CIA decided that "they do not have a need to know," making it mandatory for all of us in the Military and Government, both active and retired, who have knowledge regarding UFOs, to testify with total immunity before a special congressional committee. The CIA can not object, because officially "UFOs do not exist." The UFO cover-up is not in our national security interest. It should be stopped, because it hurts military morale. Our group, Justice for Mili-tary Personnel (JMP), consists of retired military personnel who were affected by, or involved in different capacities with the UFO cover-up. Under orders of the CIA, in the "interest of national security," we took part in intentionally misleading the nation, manipulating the press, the courts and most politicians.
INTRODUCTION:
The CIA UFO cover-up, is being perpetrated against the American people and not our potential enemies. The Russians have a whole town exclusively for UFO research. The CIA insists that the UFO cover-up must be kept at all costs, otherwise the military will be ineffective. The CIA correctly maintains, that military personnel will disobey orders when confronted by UFOs. For example, during the Vietnam War, pilots refused orders to fly night missions against UFOs. Since fatal accidents, UFO related, are relatively rare (with the exception of the Vietnam War), the CIA prefers to maintain the cover-up. NSA, NASA, CIA, RAND and AFOSI associates, have informed us that UFOs have many origins. Some obviously represent civilizations, thousands of years more advanced than we are. Almost everything about them, their motives and operations are strange and incomprehensible to us. There is little we can do to protect ourselves from them. The Air Force is totally
helpless to handle the situation, because of UFO's incredible flight performance. The CIA and Pentagon are bewildered by UFOs' apparent ability to jam all our ground and air electronic equipment, or instantaneously disable all our weapons control systems. The CIA has decided to try to understand and duplicate UFO propulsion systems at all cost. This means that pilot lives have been sacrificed in UFO chases to get "UFO samples" for research, therefore `Ignorance is Bliss.' RAND maintains that the CIA is gambling that a major catastrophe, such as the July, 1952, mass UFO appearance over Washington, DC and the White House, will not happen again, so that no "explanations will be needed. NORAD, along with many of us in the armed forces, bitterly oppose perpetuation of this cover-up, pointing to the public panic potential of the 1952 disaster. We in the JMP feel that too many military personnel suffered or died as a result of not being informed about UFOs. It is time to tell our armed forces the truth. IT IS UNCONSCIONABLE to continue to use military personnel as guinea pigs.

Lambrechts (1990) states that in Belgium the nights of March 30th and 31st 1990 south of the axis Brussels-Tirlemont for the first time multiple UFOs were spotted by multiple credible eye witnesses and tracked on four ground radar stations and two F16 radar, Glons Control Reporting Center (CRC), The Semmerzake Traffic Center Control/Reporting Post (TCC/RP), EBBE and Beauvechain RAPCON which resulted in two F16 fighter interceptors of the 1 J Wing squadron being scrambled. One of the F16 interceptors locked on to the object but was unable to lock when the UFO increased speed out of range. As well as ground and aircraft radar, photography and military eye witness accounts were recorded.
The pilots of the F16 reported that the UFO carried out maneuvers beyond the capability of the F16. Maneuvers were recorded on radar as changing speeds in minimum time from 172 to 602 miles per hour and making altitude changes coming down from 2743.2 to 1524 meters, then up to 3352.8 meters, and, shortly after, down to ground level. LockheedMartin (2012) state the F16 has a maximum altitude of 15,240 meters plus, with a maximum speed of 1,500 miles per hour.
On the night of the 30th of March 1990 at 23:00 hours the supervisor responsible for the CRC received a phone call from a Police Officer by the name of Mr. A. Renkin. Renkin reported three static red, green and yellow lights in the formation of an equilateral triangle near Thorembais-Gembloux. The lights were reported by Renkin as being distinctly more intense than stars and planets (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 23:05 hours the Glons CRC requested a police patrol to be sent to the home of Renkin in Ramillies to confirm the sighting (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 23:10 hours Renkin again contacted the CRC to point out a new phenomenon. Three lights independent of the first set of lights move towards the first triangle. One of the new set of lights is distinctly brighter than any of the other lights in view. While this conversation is taking place Glons CRC observes unidentified radar contact, about 5 kilometers north of the Beauvechain airport. The contacts moved at about 28.769 miles per hour in a western direction from their current position (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 23:28 hours a police patrol including a police Captain by the name of Mr Pinson confirmed Mr. Renkin's sightings. A statement from Captain Pinson described the observed phenomenon as “the bright points have the dimension of a big star(*); their color changes continually. The prevailing color is red; then it changes itself in blue, green, yellow and white, but not always in the same order. The lights are very clear, as if they were signals: this enables to distinguish them from stars.” (Lambrechts, 1990).
Between the hours of 23:30 – 23:45 hours the three new lights moved closer to the first observed triangle. After a series of erratic movements, they arranged themselves into an equilateral triangular formation. This phenomenon was also observed by CRC showing the objects were of a solid form (Lambrechts, 1990).
Between the hours of 23:49 – 23:59 hours the Semmerzake TCC/RP confirms to having a “clear radar contact” at the “same position” pointed out by the Glons CRC on radar (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 23:56 hours all conditions are fulfilled to make the Glons CRC give the scramble order to the 1 J Wing squadron (Lambrechts, 1990).
Between 23:45 – 00:15 hours the bright points of the objects are still clearly observable from the ground, their position does not change. The formation of lights appears to move slowly in comparison with the stars. The eye witnesses on the ground notice that at different time periods the UFOs send brief and more intense luminous signals. In the mean time, two weaker luminous points are observed towards Eghezee. Those, as the others, have also brief and erratic movements (Lambrechts, 1990).
On the night of the 31st of March 1990 at 00:05 hours two F-16 Quick Reaction Alert (QRA) interceptors of J Wing squadron, AL 17 and AL 23, take off from their base (Lambrechts, 1990).
Between 00:07 – 00:54 hours under control of the CRC, a total of nine interception attempts were undertaken by the F16 interceptors. The F16s had brief radar contact on the targets designated by the CRC. In three cases, the pilots managed to lock on the target for a few seconds, resulting in a drastic change in the behavior of the UFOs. At no point had the pilots have had any visual confirmation of the UFOs (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 00:13 hours the F16 interceptors established first lock on of the target designated by the CRC. Position: "on the nose" 6 nautical miles, 2743.2 meters, direction: 250. The target speed changes within minimum time from 172 to 1116 miles per hour, altitude coming down from 2743 to 1524 meters, then up to 3352 meters, then down to ground level. From this results a "break lock" after some seconds, the pilot losing the radar contact. The Glons radar informs, at the moment of the break lock that the fighters are above the target position (Lambrechts, 1990).
At +/- 00:19 – 00:30 hours the Semmerzake TCC as well as the Glons CRC lost contact with the target. From time to time a contact appeared in the region, but they were too few to have a clear track. In the meantime, the pilots contact on Very High Frequency (VHF) radio of the civilian air traffic control center, in order to coordinate their moves with the Brussels Terminal Maneuvering Area (TMA) (Lambrechts, 1990).
At this point radio contact on Ultra-high frequency (UHF) is maintained with the Glons CRC (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 00:30 hours interceptor AL 17 establishes radar contact at 1524 meters, 20 nautical miles away Beauvechain (Nivelles), position 255. The target moves at very high speed, estimate 851 miles per hour. The lock on lasts 6 seconds, and, at the break lock, the signal of a jamming appears on the scope (Lambrechts, 1990).
At +/- 00:30 hours the ground witnesses see the F-16 interceptors pass three times. During the third pass, they see the planes turning in circles at the center of the great formation initially seen. At the same time, they notice the disappearance of the little triangle, while the brightest, western point of the big triangle moves very fast, probably up. This point emits intense red signals, in a repetitive way, during the manoeuvre. The two other points of the great triangle disappear shortly after. The clear points above Eghezee are no longer visible, and only the western brightest point of the triangle can be observed (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 00:32 hours the Glons and Semmerzake radars have a contact at 110/6 nautical miles away Beauvechain, which heads for Bierset at 2133 meters and high speed. The registered speeds go from 550 to 794 miles per hour. The contact is lost above Bierset. The Maastricht radar control center has had no contact with this UFO (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 00:39 – 00:41 hours The Glons CRC mentions a possible contact at 10 nautical miles from the interceptors at an altitude of 3048 meters. The pilots have a radar contact at 7 nautical miles. Again an observation in acceleration of the target is made from 115 to 690 miles per hour. The lock on lasts only a few seconds, and the interceptors as well as the CRC lose the contact (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 00:47 hours The Beauvechain Radar Approach Control (RAPCON) mentions a contact on its radar, at 1981 meters altitude, position away Beauvechain: 160/5 nautical miles. The Glons CRC has also a contact on the same position. This one is observed up to 00:56 (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 00:45 – 01:00 hours some attempts are undertaken in order to intercept the UFOs. The planes register only a few very short radar contacts. The ground observers see the last UFO disappear towards Louvain-la-Neuve North North West (Lambrechts, 1990).
At around 01:00 hours the UFO has completely disappeared (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 01:02 hours interceptors AL 17 and AL 23 quit the frequency of the Glons CRC and go back to their base (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 01:06 hours the Jodoigne police force mention to the Glons CRC that they observed a phenomenon like the one observed by Mr. Renkin at 23:15 on the 30th of March 1990 (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 01:10 hours AL 17 interceptor lands at its base (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 01:16 hours AL 23 interceptor lands at its base (Lambrechts, 1990).
At 01:18 hours police officer Captain Pinson, who in the meantime has gone to the Jodoigne police station, describes his observation as follows: four luminous white points at the apexes of a square, the center of which is Jodoigne. The UFO seen towards Orp-Jauche South West of Jodoigne is the brightest and has a yellow-red color. The luminous points move with grmmmph!y and short movements (Lambrechts, 1990).
At +/- 01:30 hours The UFOs lose their luminosity and seem to disappear in four distinct directions.
Lambrechts (1990) states that the UFO was NOT the presence or testing of the B-2, F-117 A (stealth), RPV (Remotely Piloted Vehicles), ULM (Ultra Light Motorised) or AWACS in Belgian airspace.
In the months following the initial sighting the object was reported up to 1,000 times both during the day and at night, images taken appeared blurred thought to be because of infrared light emitting from the object. Physics professor Auguste Meessen employed by the Louvin Catholic University verified the infrared light theory by carrying out tests in a controlled environment.

Description: In 1997 John Weygandt was a Marine working out of a secret base in Peru western South America. Weygandt was called to a crashed object reported as friendly by colleagues; he was one of first on site assigned to secure the crash site.
Weygandt reported the object as being roughly ten meters in width by twenty meters in length, shaped similar to an egg or a tear drop, dripping a green and purple liquid that changed in appearance on every glance. The object was reported as having a deep humming noise which pulsed at first then shut off once the crafts engine came to a stop. Weygandt stated there were vents on the side thought to be used for propulsion but was unable to verify this theory.
After Weygandts encounter he was interrogated and his family threatened with death if he spoke about his experience.

Robert Salter, of the RAND Corporation, has suggested building a subway from New York to Los Angeles magnetically levitated above the tracks. The trains would zip through the evacuated tunnels at speeds faster than an SST, crossing the country in less than one hour. Building such a train presents no special technological problems, but the cost of tunneling from coast to coast would. To be economically feasible, engineers would have to develop a new way to dig. The federal government's Los Alamos Scientific Laboratory, in New Mexico, however, may have an answer to this challenge. Called the Subterrene, the Los Alamos machine looks like a vicious giant mole. The beauty of the Subterrene is that, as it burrows through the rock hundreds of feet below the surface, it heats whatever stone it encounters into molten rock, or magma, which
cools after the Subterrene has moved on. The result is a tunnel with a smooth, glazed lining. For power, the Subterrene can use a built-in minature nuclear engine or even a conventional power plant.
NOTE: I have seen this machine, and watched it in action. Normal rate of speed is approximately six and one/half miles per hour depending on Type of rock, sand, etc.
