#FRANCE Sarkozy Sans Sarcasm #Censorship #SOPA

"In an unprecedented move in France, the social network Twitter has suspended four accounts of users between February 16, and 18, 2012. The common feature of these accounts is their parody and caricature of the outgoing President Nicolas Sarkozy’s presidential campaign. Internet Without Borders is concerned about political censorship operated by this social network within 62 days that separate us from the French presidential election.

This obvious censorship, operated by the largest microbbloging social network a few hours after an official account of Nicolas Sarkozy was created, worries Internet Without Borders and the community of online freedom of expression in France...." {Continues}
