#ECIPS BARETZKY HEARS...THE WHITE RABBIT! #CYBERPOL

The ECIPS Statutory Royal Decree approved on the 14 of June 2015 by King Philippe of Belgium as the Head of State. The Decree was signed on the 3rd of April 2015 by its members and covers all its member states in accordance Article 47 of the Decree.
The Organization is named “EUROPEAN CENTRE FOR INFORMATION POLICY & SECURITY”, abbreviated as “ECIPS”.
Established in office by Statutory Royal Decree No WL22/16.594 on the 14th of June 2015 in terms of the Act of 27 June on the International Organizations A.I.S.B.L. and foundations, articles 46 and 50, 1, respectively modified by article 282 and 284 of the program act of 2007 December 2004 in conformity of the purpose with article 46 of the aforementioned law Brussels, by King Fillip of Belgium and the Minister of Justice under Article 2 of the order the minister who has justice in assignments is responsible for the execution of the present Statutory Royal Decree No WL22/16.594 .
APPENDIX 1:
LIST OF STATES TO WHICH THE PROVISIONS OF ARTICLE 47 OF THE STATUTE OF MEMBERSHIP SHALL APPLY
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.

Its is noteworthy to mention that it is the very first time in the history of Belgium that any Decree was signed and adopted in three languages that contains one in a Decree that is not an official Language the Belgian State.
The Statutes is in three languages namly
  1. English
  2. French
  3. Flemish
