I hope the Cabal has not been up to it's cold war Ruble tricks again ... We shall see, but for sure, when the exchange itself declares the situation an emergency, it's going to be expensive for anyone caught up in this if it's not successfully resolved, and pretty darn fast at that! If you're holding Russian Stocks right now, we've got our fingers crossed.
